I have 28 years combined global experience, in the real estate sector. I have successfully completed projects and programmes from inception to completion extensively in Europe; United States; Middle East; The Caribbean; Peoples Republic of China and South Korea.
I am also experienced in managing diverse development projects and programmes from initial client briefing, site acquisition, through design, procurement, to construction and all post contract matters. I have additionally run numerous Project Management Offices (PMO) for a wide array of corporate clients, in geographically diverse, and challenging global markets. Furthermore, I have a very keen interest and experience in corporate identity, corporate design and branding initiatives in the commercial, corporate and retail sectors.

WHY ME?
Ostensibly because I have decades of combined domestic, pan-European and global experience of varied projects and programmes for ‘blue chip’ clients. I also have a very keen interest, and experience of corporate identity, corporate design and branding initiatives in the commercial, corporate and retail sectors, globally. Moreover, I also have experience of working with global supply chain partners, from inception to completion in Europe; The United States; the Middle East; the Caribbean; the Peoples Republic of China; and South Korea.
