Hello. I’m Tom

I am a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and I specialise in Programme and Project Management in pan-European and global real estate sectors.  I am passionate about offering exemplary levels of service to the corporate clients that I serve. I also have a keen interest serving the UK Construction industry, and have over the years served as Vice Chairman of the RICS Marketing Policy Committee; Chaired the RICS Digital Communications Steering Group. I am also a current RICS Assessor.  

My journey has taken me from the project management of social housing schemes in south London, to global high volume roll out programmes for ‘blue chip’ clients.  One of the most important lessons that I have learnt over the years, is that regardless of size, the basic precepts of what makes successful programme and project management commissions, always remain the same.
