RICS APC Interviews London
On Wednesday this week, I had an intense, but ultimately rewarding day, acting as an Assessor for the Royal of Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) at the Park Inn Hotel, Heathrow. It was gratifying to be involved in the process of enabling a number of candidates eligibility to become fully fledged Chartered Surveyors.
London Build 2019 Construction Festival
I attended the London Build 2019 Construction Festival, earlier on in the week for the first time. There was a lot to see, however, the highlight for me was the Linkedin Networking Lounge. I thought that is was a fantastic initiative. I will definitely make an effort to attend again next year.
Long weekend In Riga
I headed out to Riga and Tallinn for a long weekend recently. I had no idea that Riga has one of the highest concentration of Art Nouveau buildings anywhere in the world. There are apparently, around 800 such buildings in the centre of Riga.
